Alfresco

So, Esther and I went out to the city centre for some retail and cafe therapy. Its been a long time since we both went out checking out cafes and shopping! The weather was pretty tame considering we're in the middle of autumn and so I took the opportunity to wear a dress and to be doubly sure, I brought along my trusty puffy jacket in case the weather turns to custard.
Shopping was rather successful I would say. I bought 2 awesome hoodies( one thick grey one from glassons and a volcom one from cheapskates) and a pair geometric tights! Spent nearly 200 on just that. Yikes! But hey I need to prep for winter.

We went to my favorite place to chill , coffee house.I tried the chilly chai latté with ice cream and esther had an iced mocha and walnut slice. We sat alfresco because the weather was so good yesterday.

Last day of term 1
Last day of term 1! What a great term it has been I must say. And the picture above is just one example of me being late for school, as per usual. If you squint hard enough, you can see a little school girl in the picture .Yeah both of us we late for school. So anyway, since it was the last day of term and I have a study period after lunch , that makes it 2 hours worth of messing around, my study-bio-form period-stats mate Lizzie and I decided to head down to La porchetta for lunch. And thats La por-katta for you. Mind my Italian, trust me, you don't want to offend the Italians or people who actually know how to pronounce it. Yeah thats right, Alexander and Nick. Haha

This day calls for boots and a scarve. Puffy jacket not included in this picture but yeah it was a pretty cold yesterday. It was max.13 degrees.At la porchetta. We had a medium sized pizza with olives,ham, anchovies , mushrooms and a whole lot of toppings. Can't remember the name of the pizza but it was good stuff.

Ontop of the pizza, we had 2 entres each. A pretty big meal I would have to say.
Capers are salty by the way. Thought you might want to know. haha

Bunch of bunkers we met while at La porchetta and we got a lift from them back to school. They shalt not be named. Gorgeous trees that have taken the shade of auburn during this autumn.

Friday. The end of the week. Can't wait for the R&R that awaits me. School has been pretty alright, the usual stuff. Just completed an English speech, almost there with my biology experiments and a media studies director study assignment is underway.I have to study for 2 tests next week. as well. just too bad I can't attend the uni dance party this Sunday because I have school the next day. Oh well. I'm going to succumb to my cravings for Bailey's flavored pikelets right now. nick and his skate board
