Doggie love
Its been quite some time since I've last seen my dog, Benji. I can't believe that I've not blogged about him yet so here's some of the pictures I took of him while in Singapore. I miss my pooch so much ! I miss the wee little guy running about at home, sitting on my lap as I watch the telly, taking him out for walks and carrying him . He's pretty much the first dog that I've ever owned and he means the world to me. I took a couple of videos but I can't seem to be able to upload them. :(

Benji greeting dad.

How can you not love this dog?

Love song.
So its another lonesome Valentine's day yet again and as I blog, Sara Bareilles love song is playing in the background. How appropriate.

Sharon just got back from Malaysia yesterday and she came to my place to crash for the night before she headed down to Dunedin. I miss her so much! I made waffles for her for breakfast so she won't go hungry during the bus ride. So anyway, she told me that she doesn't really read what I write on the blog. And I guess heaps of people out there wouldn't as well. So i decided to make my font a lot bigger so people won't conveniently scroll past the texts. It makes alot more sense if you read people!

Well, senior year is awesome as. I've said it heaps but I really mean it. Dressing up in mufti is part of the fun and its hard thinking of what to wear each day. I love my oxfords by the way. Esther and I wore a similar outfit and yet again it wasn't planned at all. Great minds think alike aye? ;)

And I leave you with a little something from my mum and Esthers mum. I swear mothers go by the same "parenting book"
.
"School is NOT a fashion show!"

Whatever mum. whatever. lols

Course Confirmation Day
Some really good Korean food we had on course confirmation day. YUM-O!
I brought esther to the Vintage shop in town called Tete A tete. Its a really cool place to shop for vintage clothing.

Back to school.

Okay its been a while since I've updated. School Started last friday and it has been a blast so far. I'm taking 5 subjects now and so I've got an extra period each day to muck around with. Being a senior in school is pretty swell with all the juniors under your feet.Haha I'm content with all my classes so far and my new classmates. Went to the seniors sausage sizzle gathering yesterday and it was great to meet new and old friends! Lovin' it. But to tell you the truth I had this feeling that 08' won't be as awesome as 07' but after the first day of school, all those feelings soon dissipated.

I've got to go soon. Got to go for dance. :D

Classical sparks at hagley

Armed with our blankets on hand, esther, gracie and I headed to classical sparks which is a yearly event where people all over christchurch head to for a night of classical music and jazz. Being just a day before waitangi day, classical sparks also welcomed in waitangi with a kapa haka group. The artist's featured are world famous jazz singer Bic Runga, Amici forever's Geoff Sewel and Elena the punky rock violinist. Christchurch's Symphony were there accompanying the artists.

When we arrived at the grounds, thousands had already gathered with their portable seats and blankets covering most of the grounds infront of the stage. I was so afraid that we wouldn't find a seat but thank god we managed to find a space right in the front section. These few days have been really chilly with the south easterly winds blowing away and so all three of us huddled together for warmth with out blankets. With the stars above us and beautiful music playing away, the atmosphere was really romantic in that sense.

The finale of the whole event ended with a fireworks display. It was so spectacular because the fireworks were directly on top of us. Some of the pictures are from esther as well as the video.

Spectacular! Spectacular!

Happy chinese New year and a Happy Waitangi day to all!

Till next time!
