Petit miam!Those small delicious hot-cross bunsEaster is just around the corner and so I decided to make Hot cross buns! The first time I made it was when Morija was here. Unfortunately, we were all unexperienced in baking breads and so the buns turned out like little stones. But this time around, with a lot more skill and experience under my belt, the buns turned out soft and scrumptious. Mhmm.
